Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 25, 2026

1. Acceptance

By submitting your email through www.methodrun.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not submit your email.

2. About MethodRun

MethodRun is a pre-launch product. The Site is currently a waitlist landing page where you can register interest. There is no live product yet. We make no commitment about whether or when MethodRun will launch.

The Site is operated by Hari Gondela (“we”, “us”, “our”).

3. Your obligations

By submitting your email, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 16 years old
  • The email address belongs to you, or you have permission to use it
  • You will not submit information about other people without their consent
  • You will not use the Site to send unsolicited communications, attempt to interfere with its operation, or scrape its contents

4. What we promise

We will:

  • Email you when MethodRun opens to early users, if it does
  • Send occasional updates about MethodRun’s progress
  • Honor your right to be removed from the list at any time

5. What we do not promise

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • That MethodRun will launch
  • That the Site will be available without interruption
  • That emails we send will reach you (delivery depends on factors outside our control)

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or your submission of an email address. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Site is limited to USD $100.

7. Termination

We may stop operating the waitlist at any time, in which case we will delete subscriber data per our Privacy Policy.

You may remove yourself from the list at any time by emailing Hello@methodrun.com.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted at this URL with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
