Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

MethodRun is a pre-launch product operated by Hari Gondela. The website at www.methodrun.com is currently a waitlist landing page where visitors can submit their email address to be notified when MethodRun opens to early users.

2. What information we collect

When you submit your email address through the form on our website, we collect:

  • Your email address
  • The time you submitted it
  • The identifier of the form you used (e.g., “landing-hero”)

We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, or any other personally identifiable information directly. Our hosting provider may log IP addresses for security and operational purposes.

3. Why we collect it

We use your email address solely to:

  • Notify you when MethodRun opens to early users
  • Send occasional updates about MethodRun’s progress
  • Respond to inquiries you initiate

We do not use your email for marketing unrelated to MethodRun, sell it to third parties, or share it with advertisers.

4. Where we store it

Your email is stored in a database hosted by Supabase, Inc., a US-based service provider. Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc., also a US-based service provider. By submitting your email, you consent to this processing in the United States.

These providers act as data processors. They do not use your data for their own purposes.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your email until:

  • You ask us to delete it (see “Your rights” below), or
  • We decide to wind down the waitlist, in which case we will delete all subscriber data within 30 days

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your data (right to be forgotten)
  • Object to processing
  • Port your data to another service

To exercise any of these rights, email Hello@methodrun.com. We will respond within 30 days.

EU/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what we collect, the right to delete, and the right to opt-out of sale. We do not sell your data.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use only essential cookies required for the website to function (for example, session cookies set by our hosting provider). We do not currently use analytics, marketing, or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, obtain consent.

8. Children’s data

MethodRun is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” above and post the updated version here. If changes are material, we will email subscribers.
